Selects the amount of time that the Key Management Facility (KMF) has to communicate with the radio. If the radio does not receive any information from the KMF when the timer has expired, the radio will try to re-establish communication. This feature applies to ASTRO OTAR operation for the current Secure KMF Profile.
When the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware", and
when the OTAR Enable field is enabled, and
when the ASTRO OTAR Enable field is enabled, and
when the radio is model / option capable.
